Handley Music Studio

Fred and Lori Handley are retired music educators from the San Angelo I.S.D. 

Fred's teaching career spans over 40 years. He has been the Band director at McKinney junior High, Glenn Junior High, and Central High School. He was also the orchestra director at Glenn Junior High, Lincoln Middle School, and Lake View High School. During his tenure with S.A.I.S.D. he was the Supervisor of Instrumental music. He enjoys teaching private lessons in all wind and string instruments.

Lori taught orchestra in Odessa at several elementary schools, Bowie Junior High, and Odessa High School. At Glenn Middle School she taught orchestra for eleven years and was also on of the assistant principals for eleven years. She teaches lessons on violin, viola, and cello.

Once they retired from school teaching, they realized that they still missed working with students and teaching them to love playing music. Teaching privately allows them to continue doing so.  The Handleys are active members of Trinity Lutheran Church. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
